Formed in Eskilstuna in 1990 (originally as Coca-Cola Kids, then Jones & Giftet). Kent became the biggest band in Scandinavian history. Classic albums: Isola (1997), Hagnesta Hill (1999), Vapen & ammunition (2002), Du & jag döden (2005), Tigerdrottningen (2014). Disbanded in 2016 after the farewell tour 'Den sista cirkusen'. Joakim Berg's lyrics are considered among the most important in contemporary Swedish music.
