Formed in Gothenburg in 1989. Gothenburg's most iconic indie band and a central force in the city's 90s music scene. Hits: 'Shoreline', 'When We Were Winning', 'Cruel Town'. Albums: Saturday Night Engine (1995), Broder Daniel Forever (1998), Cruel Town (2003). Disbanded 2008. Notable early member Håkan Hellström went on to become one of Sweden's biggest solo artists.
