Tivedenleden

A 60 km loop trail through Tiveden National Park and surrounding areas — Sweden's most primeval-feeling lowland forest. Enormous erratic boulders, moss-covered ravines and ancient forest. Astrid Lindgren placed Ronia the Robber's Daughter here. Wild atmosphere despite being relatively accessible from both Gothenburg and Stockholm.

Did you know?

Astrid Lindgren's Ronia forest for real — moss-covered boulders, ravines and a primeval feeling that makes you forget you're in southern Sweden
